Complaints and Returns

If you have any complaints regarding a product or our service, please contact us at (support@seenbyo.com). Rest assured that we are willing and able to resolve any situation that may arise.

You may withdraw from the purchase within 15 days of delivery without stating a reason. To request an exchange or a refund, the product must be returned. The 15-day withdrawal period begins on the day when you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Within 15 days of receiving the package, you must notify us in writing via email support@seenbyo.com) that you are withdrawing from the contract. Please include your details and your shipment number, or send us the electronic invoice you received at the time of purchase so we can identify your order.

The item you wish to return must be undamaged, complete with all accessories, and, where reasonably possible, in its original and undamaged packaging. In case of damage or excessive use of the product or its original packaging, the store reserves the right to claim compensation for the reduced value of the product.

We recommend sending the package by registered mail with proof of shipment. This allows your claim to be processed even in case the package is lost, based on tracking confirmation.

Shipping costs are borne by the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

As soon as our complaints department inspects the returned product, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be issued within 8 working days. We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered).

The cost of returning the package is borne by the sender. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.

Within 8 working days of receiving your package, we will either replace the product or refund your money.

DISPUTES

If you have a complaint about our product or service and you disagree with the resolution, or if a mutual agreement cannot be reached, you may submit your complaint to the dispute resolution board via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

ONLY CLAIMS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS WILL BE RESOLVED POSITIVELY.
